2.1 Project Submissions & Evaluation
If you submit projects or data for review, Project Works Group reserves the right to evaluate the content based on our internal criteria. Our decisions regarding evaluations are final.

• Submission Policy: We do not accept content containing nudity, violence, or illegal material.
• Intellectual Property: Content submitted remains the property of the creator; however, by submitting, you grant Project Works Group a license to display and promote the work on our platforms.

2.2 Memberships and Directory
Users may subscribe to professional plans (e.g., Basic, Professional, International) to increase visibility within the Project Works Group network.

2.3 Digital Products & Market
Project Works Group may offer a marketplace for digital assets. All products submitted for sale must comply with our quality standards and veracity checks. We reserve the right to remove any product that does not meet our minimum standards without a refund.

3. Fees & Payments

Access to specific Project Works Group services requires payment. By using these services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

3.1 Payment Terms

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
• Fees are charged regardless of actual usage of the service.
• Project Works Group reserves the right to adjust pricing or introduce fees for previously free services with notice.

3.2 Subscriptions
Certain services operate on a recurring billing model (Monthly or Annual). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access until the balance is cleared.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 General Refund Policy
All purchases (including submissions, directory plans, and digital products) are considered final and non-refundable.

• Exception: If Project Works Group offers specific digital courses, a 14-day refund window may apply, provided less than 40% of the content has been consumed.

4.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Termination

Project Works Group may terminate your access to services at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with these terms or infringe upon intellectual property rights. Upon termination, we reserve the right to delete all data associated with your account.
